Essential storage
Authentication cookies maintain a secure session, apply CSRF protections and refresh sign-in. Local storage remembers appearance, onboarding and privacy preferences. These functions are necessary to provide the service and cannot be disabled inside Latchra.
Optional analytics
When enabled in production and accepted by you, PostHog EU may receive page and feature events with identified profiles limited to signed-in users. Latchra does not send email bodies, source excerpts, obligation titles or notes to analytics. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Change your choice
Use the Privacy choices button at the bottom of any page to accept or reject optional analytics. Rejecting it does not affect your account. Clearing browser storage resets the choice and Latchra will ask again.
Lifetimes and third parties
Session cookies expire when no longer needed or according to the secure authentication lifetime. Preference records remain until cleared or replaced by a new policy version. Connected providers and payment pages may set their own storage under their notices when you visit them.
